From a very early age, Judy has always felt the desire to create in various different mediums of expression, painting being only one of them. She enjoys vivid colour, painting a variety of subject matter on varied surfaces and often incorporating texture into her art. She says “This allows me to visually feel the image as I see it; eyes and heart meeting, so to speak.” Her landscape, cityscape, ink and abstract paintings express more of her complex nature and the love of artistic experimentation.

Judy resides in St. Thomas, Ontario and is involved in local area art groups. Her art has found new homes primarily in Canada and the U.S.A. Having received awards over the years for both paintings and photographic art, she admits “her greatest reward is when others express appreciation and enjoyment of it”. Her art may be seen at the Art Emporium, Port Stanley/We Got Creative, Elgin Centre, St. Thomas and Whistle Stop Peddlers, Sparta.
