Len has been actively painting since 1985 and lives in London, Ontario with his wife, Sheila.
His preferred medium is watercolour but he also paints in oils. His preference is to paint on location. Depending on the subject matter, Len uses colour to exploit the vibrancy and capabilities of these mediums.
Landscapes featuring water and people are among Len’s favourite subjects, as are the towns and villages of the Languedoc region of southern France.
Len has exhibited at art galleries in London, Grand Bend, Lambton Shores and Kleinburg, and received numerous awards for his work. He is a member of the Brush and Palette Club and the Gallery Painting Group of London, The Central Ontario Art Association, and is an associate member of the Canadian Society of Painters in Watercolour. His work is on permanent display at St. Peter’s Cathedral Parish Centre and the Portside Gallery of Port Stanley, Ontario.
